One evening I found out that I couldn't log in to my account and there were no messages about changing the password or deleting the tied phone number, after that I wrote in support hoping that my account would be restored quickly (spoiler, they didn't meet my expectations), so I wrote in support of stealing my account, by the way it took me 25+ hours to get it back, and so, the most important thing is that the person who stole the account, wrote to me in the mail, and, attention, made me ask him not to start cheats, talking so little, he confessed that he stole the account through support, and I willingly believed it, because I keep track of what sites to go to, and what to download, however, he still extinguished my precious account, because the employees gave the password and data to the wrong person, I will attach a photo, which is supposed to be an ironclad argument in this story.

If you put all these facts together, it is logical to assume that the employees should at least dilute me, or give me a new account with prime status, do not consider it rude.

мне бы хотелось знать, снимут ли VAC-бан, если он был украден из-за некомпетентности поддержки Steam? В крации расскажу ситуацию, одним вечером, я обнаружил, что не смог войти на свой аккаунт, и сообщений о смене пароля или удаления привязаного номера телефона не пришло, после этого, я написал в поддержку в надежде что мой аккаунт по-быстрее востановят (спойлер, они не оправдали мои ожидания) по этому написал в поддержку о краже аккаунта, к слову только через 25+ часов мне его вернули, и так, самое интерное то, что человек который украл аккаунт, написал мне на почту, и, внимание, заставлял меня, просить его, чтобы он не запускал читы, поговорив так немного, он признался что украл аккаунт через поддержку, да и я в это охотно верил, так как слежу на какие сайты заходить, и что скачивать, тем не менее, он всё таки затушил мой драгоценный аккаунт, по причине того, что сотрудники отдали пароль и данные не тому кому следовало, я прикреплю фото, которое по идее должно стать железным аргументом в данной истории.
Если сложить все эти факты вместе, то логично предположить, что сотрудники должны по крайней мере разбанить меня, или дать мне новый аккаунт с прайм статусом, не сочтите за грубость.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it
