I have a vac ban for csgo "please do not remove it again"

here is what steam support said to me:

our account, or an account using the phone number tied to your account, has connected to a VAC protected server while running cheat software, resulting in a VAC ban on your account. Even if you were unaware of cheats being used or were not using the account at the time the cheat was detected, VAC bans are permanent and we cannot remove them at Steam Support, nor do we offer an appeal system or disclose the detected cheat(s) which led to the ban.

VAC is designed to prevent players from using external applications to play games with an unfair advantage, and we maintain a zero tolerance policy towards cheating to establish a fair game for all players to enjoy.

this same guy threatened to ban me from community postings if I posted here again so how is that good customer support well it is not but go ahead and ban me completely not like I enjoy playing games and talking to the community. anyway can someone help me out here I did not hack or cheat or even loan my account to someone or even share the library yet somehow I got vac banned whilst playing grand theft auto v on epic games launcher for 3 weeks with friends, so please if anyone can help me out that would be greatly appreciated many of my friends have unfriended me and blocked me due to this "vac ban" some have even told me to kill myself over it which I am actually considering now because if I have to make a new account and get all the stuff I had on this one again I am going to be very angry as most of it cannot be obtained anymore.

Don’t use multiple account my guy, it says ur phone number was linked to another account that cheated, may of not been you but should of kept that phone number safe then. Nothing steam or anyone can do about this

Sorry man but VAC bans are permanent, someone had to have use some sort of cheating software since Vac bans are rarely false.

look guys I only had one account and no one else in my family uses steam so the multiple phone number link thing does not make sense

Steam support wouldn’t have told u that u have other accounts linked to that number unless there was other accounts linked to that number, they have it in front of them, so it’s either you injected some code into an online game or another account with that number did, false vacs are very rare and get lifted within a week automatically if it’s an error

Just play this game on another account. This red text will dissapear for other players in 7 years, but the ban will be still active.

The account was connected with another account via phone number and that's end of the story. Or you shared you number, or someone shared their number with you.
Might be also old account that you don't even remember, which was used by someone else, or in worst scenario was sold with still active phone number.

It's just one stupid game Jesus Christ. Look at a guy in my comments (3rd), he was messing with Cheat Engine without a clue how it works and it ended with a ban, but he still plays other games. Ban in csgo doesn't affect other games.
