Will mouse cursor app get me vac banned

So i found a steam app called mouse cursor it basically changes your cursor type but im wondering will it get you vac banned if its a cursor changer

EDIT: trying to ask this before playing tf2 so i dont get vac banned

There is only 1 Steam app. Anything else is 3rd party. If it's modding something externally then it is too risky.

That's safe because it's just for desktop use.

Don't think that'll work as this software is just for changing your mouse in Windows. Games use their own pointer designs. Some of these can be edited in-game.

You will most likely play with the games default cursor, which may vary, depending on the game. Lots of games use their very own cursor designs that cannot be changed thru a Desktop application.
