Vac detects KNOWN CHEATS. Scripting, while not necessarily a specific cheat, may be interpreted as such by real players.
So be careful what you do in games. remember you're not the only one trying to have a good time.
Shroud also uses scroll wheel to jump and most pros do as well in actual valve majors too.
It is different between scripts and current bunny hop with scroll wheel
The appearance of cheating may or may not result in a ban, as said before. But the fact is that other people want to enjoy their game experience. Interrupting that is rude, and if you catch the wrong people in game, and the wrong folks watching it on their Overwatch stint, a disruption penalty MIGHT be incurred. Just be aware of the people you're plaiyng with. I'm sure it's super stupid fun, but... if it treads on other people's ability to play and win their own way, it's rude.
It depends on how much you use the script. If you bunnyhop 5 perfect times in a row you could risk ending up in the overwatch and receiving a game-ban.
Good luck!
I just want to use the steam console by typing - bind mwheelup +jump just like how they told me to on most youtube guides such as Nadeking and other csgo forums. Is it gonna be considered a script?
