RTSS/RivaTuner & Anti-cheat

Is there any known instances where a player was issued a ban by an anti cheat because they were using RTSS/RivaTuner?

I ask this because I would sure hate to be banned over using a harmless performance monitoring software.
Along with monitoring performance, it can cap your FPS so you don't have to use V-sync to do it, that way you won't suffer the downsides of it. That is mostly what I use it for, infact.

There is also a mode that it has which hides itself better that way it won't be detected as a cheat as easily. Could this only increase the likeliness that the anti cheat thinks it is a cheat?

I've been using the program for about 6 months now and I haven't run into any issues... either way, I'd rather check in just to make sure I'm not risking anything.

Been using MSI afterburner (also uses RTSS) for years now, on games with varied kinds of AC software, never had a single issue or kick.
You should be good.
