I was wrongly banned
I was playing a game called cookie clicker and i was getting frustrated becasue i have no patience so i searched on youtube how to make money really fast. and there was a thing called cheat engine and it showed that you could speen up the time. so i played and it worked but i decided to stop and play some cs. So i started cs got into a game played for a bit and then my game started to lag. so i got out and saw i still had cheat engine open. so i closed it and went back on cs. Then a couple minutes later BOOM i got banned, if there is anything you can do PLEASE help. Thank you

You are using a software named "cheat engine" and expect us to believe that you are not a cheater. Doesn't matter anyway. VAC bans are permanent.

Why its just like "use rice when you get your device wet" thing. Some guy somewhere said that worked so everyone does it. Despite the fact that rice has never saved a device, and neither has the cheat engine excuse ever worked either. But some 'guy' on the Internet said it worked so hey everyone copies it.
