Can you get vac banned for using a drawing tablet?
I was in a csgo offline server and for some reason I randomly used my tablet pen and hovered it over my tablet (which was already plugged in for some reason). when it hovered over my tablet it looked like i was spinbotting as if I were hacking (360ing like crazy fast and looking at the ground). So if I plug in my tablet and go on a VAC-Secured server will I instantly get banned?

VAC detects known cheat signatures on your system when connected to a VAC secured server.
These bans are also never instant, as it can take several weeks for the ban to be applied.

In Layman's terms, unless you have specific software injected into the games files that changes the game somehow, No you will no be banned. The system is more clever than "ban everyone who looks like they're cheating" , more like "ban everyone that has cheats on their computer" :)
Hope this helps!

When you have a tablet or stylus - in other words a MOUSE - that is wireless or can interfere with your actual mouse movement, make sure to keep it turned off, and sufficiently far away from your active hardware. :)

This has been an issue since tablets got styluses.

VAC ban, probably not. But if the stylus causes you to spin around like you said, other players (or VACnet) might report you which could lead to an Overwatch investigation. Then it would be up to the people reviewing your gameplay footage to decide if it looked like you were cheating.

No, I used the touchscreen on one of my old laptops to spin like crazy during freezetime on CSGO MM, I didn't intend for it to be disruptive at the time, only for it to be really stupid. I can still play a game of CS (or any other VAC protected games) if I wished to do so.

It's up to the Overwatch investigator if enough reports are submitted to them or if it's a case from VACNet. I doubt you'd get banned for it.

Just to clarify spinning isn't cheating. I have a button on my mouse I have configured to increase my DPI from 800 to 12,000. In games I get accused of cheating repeatedly I will press it and move my mouse so I'm spinning like mad. I'm not using a cheat and I'm not locking onto players heads I just spinning therefor I'm not cheating and have not been and will not be banned for it.
