Not as far as I know. You should know if you have any cheat software installed, though. If you are unsure, consider doing a full formatting of your hard drive.

Do not cheat and do not mess around with game files, thats generally all you need to keep in mind if you want to avoid VAC.

If you are unsure as to whether a particular program might result in a VAC ban, the best option is not to use it. After all, the risk is a permanent account ban, and it is entirely your responsibility.

Popular, official products for legitimate purposes (i.e. Office software, Anti-malware solutions etc.) will not result in a ban.
Anything that interferes with the game or its execution in any way should be avoided.
