No one here can do anything about your vac ban as the link I posted you tells you that as it's an automated system.

Something on your end caused the vac ban and it was probably something you used for the "bluestacks hacking" that could easily had triggered it if it was running when you played on vac protected games.

There are plenty of resources and information available to secure your account.

Valve are so confident in the effectiveness of SteamGuard that Gabe Newell (CEO / President of Valve Corporation) publically disclosed his username & password - the account has never been "hacked".
