Open source anri-cheats defeat the purpose of what they try to accomplish.
That's what is silly.
However on the other hand it really intreags me that encryption and sertain security apps can be open sourced however this basicaly can not.
No, VAC Modules as open source would mean that persons like myself would find it easier to cheat, as reversing would be meaningless.

.... Two things: First - 'so robust' ... you've never coded a thing in your life, have you. Or worked with software designers, or anything in IT.
Second: that would literally defeat the entire purpose of it being ... open source.
They wouldn't need anything: open source = they HAVE the source code.
Do you think they're as ignorant as you are regarding the complexity of code? Because I guarantee you they are FAR more professional and educated about how to program and decompile, reverse-engineer, and break code up into its easily digested component parts.
It's a bad idea from absolutely start to finish.
