Do VAC Bans transfer over phone numbers or phone SIMS?
I changed the number of my SIM, I used to cheat & I no longer do the question is if I activate the number on this account will I get instantly banned? Due to it being SIM related or does Valve only take account for the phone number, not the physical SIM?

Bans don't retroactively transfer to any new account the phone number is attached to.

The ban would only transfer if the second account was linked with the same number at the time the first account was banned. You can safely add the number to a new account AFTER the first has been banned.
