Like that makes it any better.
You linked your accounts. Tracking IP is worthless as it's easy enough to spoof your IP, change it or mask it.
Vac detected the cheat on the account you cheated on while you played it. Free cheats are well known to VAC.
Malware is also quite common with free cheats. It's the payment you give to the suppliers of the cheats. They get to screw with and maybe profit from what ever they get from your system.
Even the Support page tells you to fully format your entire OS to be sure that there will be no further consequences.
Nevertheless you cannot complain, you wanted to know how cheating feels like. The ban makes this scenario just even more realistic.
1. Accounts have the same phone number
2. One account has acccess to tge game where it uses cheats via Family sharing
Latter is not the case for CS:GO.
