one question, now csgo is free and may i be unbanned. if no, i can create another account c:

just make a new steam account and install the Free To Play CS:GO and start all over from scratch.

any steam accounts that got permanent VAC ban or Overwatch ban aka game ban can never be removed.

By just removing the executable?, that's not enough.

Reformatting is the safest way to make sure the cheat is completely removed from the hard drive, otherwise you still risk getting VAC banned again.
