I know vac bans are non-negotiable and stuff, but all I wanted to know is two things

1. Do autoclickers get you vac banned? I used one called "Fast Clicker" on something that's not Counter-Strike (while it was open) and wonder if that's what banned me, and if so, I guess that's fair.

2. The second is a simple thing, does VAC check your computer for well-known cheats, as I do have cheat engine installed, but I doubt that's what banned me as I never had it opened, atleast once.

and just an FYI for you, Steam Support does not deal with VAC bans.

use any 3rd party programs that alter game files? skin changers, crosshair mods, etc

But I did use a small few amount of things.

I used ALL the tweaks from https://bananagaming.tv/ but as he's never gotten banned, I don't know why would I

cheat engine will cause an error, it will only cause a ban if you hooked it into the game. there are plenty of people that use CE and dont have a ban, and they have been using it for years.

any program that alters protected game files is a cheat, it doesnt have to give an advantage, nor do you need to be actively using the cheat.

As you said: VAC detected known cheats/tools on your PC. But not "useless" tools like Speed Clicker or CE, it just bans you for having cheats installed which mess up with the game you're banned in.
So if Valve blacklisted an autoclicker as cheat, then it's a legit reason.
But about Cheat Engine: It wont get you a ban until you inject it into CS:GO. Having it installed for other games might be the reason for an error, but not for a ban.

They aren't programs, they alter the radar, font and language. But he's used them for years and only ever got vac errors so I honestly don't think that's it, I never EVER had any program alter the files or were injected into counter-strike so the ban CANT be that.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

And also: it doesn't matter for your case. VAC detected - again - known cheats or forbidden tools like skin changer etc.; and you don't need tontry to convince anyone here.

I'm asking a question about it, as valve doesn't answer. So I believe this was the second best thing, I don't know why you inserted the things about vac as I SAID FIRST THING I know they're permenant. I just want information so I don't get vac banned again through another account as they suggest I make.

When did I try to convince anybody? I was ASKING if those things caused it. When I make another account, I don't want to be banned again. As I said above, as steam support suggests I do if I get banned.

Just before anybody like the guy above for some reason is thinking im convincing people I didn't cheat, I don't care what you think, I just want answers, and if you can't answer it for me, then either tell me that you cant, or don't respond, or lock the thread.

I'm gonna call it false ban whether you believe me or not, currently getting it sorted out with Support, may take a few weeks, had a friend that had this happened to and he's no longer VAC banned so I'm hoping it will work.

You aren't getting anything sorted out with support, as support does not handle vac bans. The account was banned because cheats were detected while using a vac-secured server, or if you're linked to an account through library or phone sharing.

You were given answers. You don't have to care what others think, that won't change the ways someone can receive a ban. My friend was unbanned, as he responded, it happened about two years ago. I'm not linked to an account and I wasn't phone sharing.

I'm trying to get really close to what got me banned so I can remove it from my computer, if I can't do that, I can't play cs again as it will happen again. And if that's the case, I'll be sad but there's nothing I can do about that.
