all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).
Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it.
You don't, if you bothered to read the linked info.
Who said HE cheated?
I just assumed.
That VAC ban says he cheated.
And with a known cheat
There are more ways to receive a VAC ban other than that user cheating. Do not assume they cheated. You can only assume someone used cheats on the account.
Well, either skinchanger or a cheat.
Literally no other way to get a VAC
But you said the OP was the one cheating. You don't know if that is the case. The account was used to cheat with or linked to an account (phone or family sharing) that cheated.
Please do not assume the account owner themselves cheated.
