banned from VAC??

okay so i have been banned?? for what? the report link in the text file leads me to info not the report and also who can verify i cheated/hacked i never did i payed much on these games AKA team fortress2 CS:GO and insurgency so what do i do in this situation since i am not rlly handy in pc stuff and i honestly didn't do anything bad is it because i had a friend who was banned? don't send me a link to that thread to solve it since it cant find the files and second how how am i banned while i wasn't online?? i am concerned that i just got banned for no reason

Like i said, it's most likely a VAC error, post the Error Message you get ingame when you're trying to join a Server, the text you postet (i assume is a log file) doesn't really help.

but on CS:GO it says it cant verify my game session and on insurgency it says my system cuases a issue with VAC and where do i post screenshots??

A quick google search told me you should try this:

1. Steam > Exit (forgot this bit first time so it didn't work)
2. Launch steam
3. Go offline
4. Go online
5. Play cs and wonder how that solution worked.
