CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!
When I came back from school, it says "You've been permanently banned in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive by Valve Anti-Cheat." And I never did once play counter strike this week... I've been playing dota, I think I've been hacked. How can I log out in another devices? I think it's because of the internet shop that I went to last time.

Doesn't matter who used the account to cheat. Ban is permanent.
Next time better secure your account.

Bans are delayed by weeks or eventually months, they are not instant. Your ban could very well have been due to one of your previous playthrough, or anyone else you've allowed to have access to your account.

Either way, it is the account that has been banned, not you, therefore the post above stands.

you still can play on unsecured servers.

You can play on unsecure servers, with other cheaters.

You can make a new account and buy the game again.

No other options.
