Custom skins can get you a VAC ban?
I recently downloaded a few skins for my knife, ak ,m4a4, deagle and usp from gamebanana.com and i put them in the game. Can i get VAC banned if i try to play with them in competitive matchmaking. Help me pls !

Ms Beak (not csgo skins like m9 bayonet doppler but a m9 bayonet created by some people)

Replacing texture files won't get you VAC banned, you also will not be able to play competitive or join any server that has "sv_pure" set to "sv_pure 1".

No. All official servers has sv_pure set to value "1".

csgopak01.vpk does not match the server’s file

That's because that server has set sv_pure to "1" as well.
