i suddenly banned and dont know why

i have an cs 1.6 folder that is non-steam and not in steam folder. i'm using this for non-steam servers. yesterday some people in a non-steam server used hack and killed all of us. we couldn't stand it and downloaded cd hack. i opened cd hack in "NON-STEAM" cs 1.6 only once. i even couldn't connect that server because of that server's anti-hack software. and today i've banned. i've never used hack in steam version and only used hack in non-steam cs only once. i'm so sorry, i didn't know that i could be banned even if i wouldn't use hack with steam cs 1.6. i think vac has detected that hack folder and banned me. but i've never played with hack in steam cs 1.6. normally i don't use hack but as i told, someone opened hack and the players got angry.

i'm so sorry, i deleted cd hack and i'll never download it again. can you delete my ban?

You don't need to be actively using it to be banned.

VAC is an automated system designed to detect cheats. If a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with identifiable cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing that game on VAC-Secured servers in the future.

Just so you know. there are VAC secured servers in CS 1.6

You can and will be banned if know cheats were deteced when you join a VAC secured server.

Accounts are banned even on CS.
