VAC Banned for playing on NON-VAC Secure server???

84 Days ago i was playing cs 1.6 on NON-VAC server Where i proceeded to test out aimbot that i had done. Almost immediately i got VAC banned and for no reason, because the server wasnt related to VAC protection. So how come that i got VAC banned off of NON-VAC secured server?

Then clearly the server wasn't as non-secured as you thought. Or it was just a delayed ban.

First of all, VAC bans are delayed. So "immediately" doesn't imply causality.

First VAC ban i got when i was testing stuff out on my own black ops 2 server. After that i contacted activision and they couldnt do anything about it as they where vac bans.

The ban wasnt delayed because i only used it on non VAC servers.

Dude? Did you even read what i said? I was on my Own server that i was modifying. That has nothing to do with cheating which isnt my interest. Developing and building stuff is my interest.

So you used a cheating tool and get banned, what do you expect will now happen?

There's no requirement (written or otherwise) for the detected 'cheat' (defined per your agreement) to be used to any of its potential to warrant the validity of a ban.
The presence of such on a device is sufficient for a permanent ban.

You agreed not to use cheats in association with Steam.
You agreed that you would not assist third parties in any way to create or use Cheats
The contract does not indicate in any way that useor development of cheats is permitted in non-secure servers or that non-secure servers exempt anyone from the terms of the contract.

As the thread says its about getting vac bans on non vac server which doesnt make any sense.

It only doesn't make sense to the one who does not understand that they accessed a secured server at one point or the other. Clearly not enough research goes into keeping your account safe before your "experimentations of cheats" on different games.

You are not even allowed to cheat on unsecured servers, so the ban will stay and you have to live with the consequences.

Don`t cheat and you don`t get banned, its that easy.
