Can i get VAC for using discord overlay?

VAC only detects known cheats. A Discord overlay is not a cheat.

It's not like one game can give you 3+ bans, clearly you have more than just OBS.

no you cant but be careful never click links while in game from discord if you aren't sure %100 what they are always be safe:steamy:
