You should not use that for the sole reason that it's unfair, isn't that a good enough reason?
Steam controller can do some of that stuff also, even using a normal 360 controller. Don't go beyond that to play it fair.
I wanted to know whether the rules were keeping pace with advancing tech. Swiftpoint are a very niche company, but the Z's technology will filter down into more affordable mice sooner rather than later. And that genuinely concerned me - if everybody started using complex-string macros it'd completely ruin fighting games.
Question is doing perfect combos is enough to cause real problems, real players can already do that most of the time? Winning is more than that probably. (I don't play much fighters)

And you're right, stringing together perfect combos won't win you anything. It's all about timing, judgement, reaching for the right tool at the right time.
