Game Bans are not VAC Bans and they are issued by the individual game. Steam Support is unable to remove your in-game bans or to provide you with further information about your ban. All the information you can receive about the ban has been provided to you in-game.

I never used cheats and wasn't going to,but at one terrible moment I was blocked by patrol and I didn't play competitive matches for 2 weeks ,please unlock me..


I WAS PLAYING ON www.faceit.com and I also activated the vacnet as I never learned the vac ban? how was it possible I do not understand if I had no anti-cheat?

you dont need to activate anticheat, its already running
CSGO game bans are permanent and cannot be appealed.
they are issued for either blatant cheating (majorly disruptive) or for the 2nd griefing conviction (minorly disruptive)

Please visit the CSGO forums/website and learn what actions are allowed and which activities are bannable.

Or understood but at least I want to know for what? I was playing 10 minutes ago and I was on the ctrl and nobody could not hear me. and I gave the report to one because he knew where I was and I was always on the ctrl, he always loved me and I did not see him as I could not get on the short that I always died and killed me the same player. And I gave him reports twice. And at the end of the match after the match, i appeared and BAN vac for that? I WANT TO KNOW THE REASON IF I WAS CLEAN?

Bans don't take effect immediately. It takes a while (days to weeks) for Overwatchers to review the match.

bans are not instant. what you where doing when the ban was applied is not what caused the ban.
the ban message would of told you what the ban was for.
Convicted by Overwatch - Majorly disruptive = blatant cheating
Convicted by Overwatch - Minorly disruptive = 2nd griefing offense

thats all they need to tell you. The account was convicted by your fellow gamers that where part of the overwatch system.

Either you or someone else was using the account to violate the rules

If I played correctly why we got VAC BAN, I was standing by the box shortly and every time my teammate knew where I was and was on the ctrl and did not hear me, wherever I went, the same player knew where I was, I gave
report and written in chat that had codes, after the game ended my window closed and VAC BAN appeared?

GAME BAN, they are different. VAC ban would be for having known cheats detected on the computer. Game ban means either VACNET flagged a gameplay footage for review or the account was reported enough to get an overwatch review.

As stated, what you where doing at the time of the ban being applied is NOT WHAT CAUSED THE BAN.

ok and who can sue for this is not fair, I played very correctly and is not ok to do so I installed a vacnet to play though seriously. WHO CAN SPEAK ABOUT THIS WE RECEIVE HIS ACCOUNT IS BEFORE

the EULA's, SSA, TOS, TOU, etc and other pop up windows the you clicked "I accept/agree" ended your option to sue. you might get arbitration but your gonna spend more then you will get back. also note that they have the vidoe of the game that shows cheating, so your suit would get thrown out and you would be paying for ALL legal fees.

Steam will not provide you with that. also beaware that the only people you are seeing on the forums are Steam Users. Steam employees are very very very rare sight on the forums.
