If 7 people got banned from the same cafe; common sense would suggest cheats are active on (at least) one of the devices in it. This is extremely common and why people shouldn't play on insecure public PC's. The cafe owner will need to reformat all the devices and then monitor activity on them better.

BattlEYE doesn’t act like VAC, it literally injects itself to the hdd if you installed a cheat it detects it and your banned.

VAC is non-intrusive and reported lesser false-positives when compared to BattlEye.

I am the owner of the internet cafe. Do you think where i can Live Chat or anywhere that i can get explain from BattleEye? Because i want to help them get the reason, IF MAYBE one of them use illegal program, and all got banned. i just need to make sure who or what they did. So i can explain to them
