I got VAC banned because me me dumbass left the auto clicker on.

There was an online game (that is now closed) that required the use of auto cliker. After playing the game I just turned it off and went on to watch youtube, and then I played TF2, and totally forgot that it was still opened. (It was not even turned on, and wouldn't have any use.) After that I turned off my PC and realized that it was still opened. I did not care mutch about that untill I got a message, that I got VAC-banned. I did not care too much, but now I would really like to at least get my items back. If anyone can please help... somehow, than your answer would be really aprichiated.

There are also other reasons, like "Family Sharing" or "Phone Number Sharing" also keep in mind accounts are banned, and not people.
