I sent this message to steam support concerning Vac Ban system

I was super anxious about this vac ban system so I sent a message to steam support in hopes of fixing this.
In first sentence I was replying when I asked for unban but it didn't work out obviously.

Here's what I sent and what do you guys think about it?


Thanks for the reply. Please try to read all. I understand my ban, but I do not understand how VAC is designed to ban people. After I got this account banned for a stupid reason, I took 2 year break from CS:GO, coming back to CS:GO was a much more different experience. I have purchased CS:GO on other account, and every game I play, there is at least 1 hacker. I'm serious. I'm sorry but this is the truth. You guys made the game free to bring more people in - alright. But, you got rid of people that have been playing the game before it became free.



What I mean is that making the game free was a good idea to bring new people, right? But, this also means you've brought so many people with external software in as well. Let's consider Prime. It has less cheaters, I agree. But it didn't make people cheat less than they already had before. It, maybe, on the other hand made it even worse. It is so much easier to get Prime, then just buying it. Achieve level 21, how hard can that be? You can literally AFK in deathmatch games and get easy levels. Boom, after few hours you have prime. Even If you don't get prime, it takes approximately 3 games being TOP 3 in deathmatch to achieve level 2 to be able to play competitive.



Please, let's think about how much hackers can make people anxious or stressed. It is a game after all, but it is a game that brings people together, makes you meet people from all across the world. And getting spinbotted when you are trying to have fun with your maybe future friends is not a good experience. You and your party get mad or angry, start yelling at each other, thus maybe ruining the acquaintanceship and maybe even the future friendship and not playing a game after together ever again. All because VAC couldn't do it's job detecting what it was made to detect.



I can go on and on about what should be fixed but this, this is the main reason people stop playing CS:GO.
I know this message maybe doesn't mean anything to you since you are a steam support(no offence still love you), but I believe and sincerely hope that maybe, you could pass on this message to your employers or to someone who can make a difference in such amazing game like CS:GO. I loved it at the first time I played it, and still do love it to this day, but it is extremely hard to keep my feelings that way. I am talking for everyone in CS:GO community that want hackers gone, and CS:GO back to how fun it was before it became free. Please, if you can, don't use reply templates to this message. I hope to receive an honest opinion from you, Nim. Thank you so much for reading this, if you have. Please, let's make a difference to your company and to our game!

Vac works slowly . There are reasons to not have instant bans .

Steam Support have nothing to do with VAC bans. It's an entirely automated system.

VAC works as intended - any account using cheats or forbidden core file modifications receive a ban when such material becomes known to the system itself.

No need to bug support - just familiarise yourself with how it works by reading the information that's provided by Valve themselves.

I don't think you played the game enough to understand the issue. I said there's at least 1 hacker per game and not at least 1 person that's better than me.

The account is banned regardless who is using it when the cheating infraction happened.

Accounts are banned, not users.
