Can you get VAC banned for using Clownfish Soundboard?

I was going to download the program Clownfish, which is a voice changer and has the option for a soundboard, which I also want. However, on the website it says the plugin for the soundboard is also a hotkey manager.

I was wondering if you could get banned because the soundboard was a hotkey manager?

I don't think that cause trigger a VAC Ban. Only game modified programs can trigger a VAC Ban. Like skin changer, wall hack, and change crossfire. I think you will be fine.

Any macro or script is considered a cheat, so....even if VAC didn't catch it, Overwatch might. Also, why you would want to risk another ban when you already have one, is beyond me.

The hotkey manager will not perform an action in the game that would lead to an Overwatch ban. You won't be VAC or Overwatch banned for using either of these.

IF the actions in game are seen as cheaty or griefing, they may warrant a game ban.

So, just be aware that even if a program doesn't overtly trigger a vac ban due to it not being a 'real cheat', the actions that you perform in a game with that program MAY trigger people reporting the behavior, and that MAY lead to a game ban in that game.
