visit the PUBG forum/website to find out how to file an appeal. game bans have nothing to do with this forum
https://pubgsupport.zendesk.com/
I already did, but sadly, they just bombard me with the same sample texts that nothing can be done and thats it.
I know its a game dev ban, not a VAC, just VAC logged, or what. Steam support page says if the developer gives false bans, then they take away the right from PUBG corp. to ban people, or handle the issue themselves.

"Thank you for contacting PUBG support.
Your account has been double checked and there is evidence of violations in the terms and services of the game. Therefore, the anti-cheat solution has put your account to restriction.
Our team constantly checks for any false positives and if found, we handle those accordingly. Therefore, we do not provide any retests or rechecks of restrictions.
We apologize but there is nothing more we can do in this situation. Also, please understand that we cannot provide any exact details on what caused the infraction due to security reasons.
We understand that this is an unfortunate situation, but this is the most information that we are able to provide you with.
