at june 26 my acc got hacked and i lost it but steam supp help me to get it back now i have it back as you can see but the think is after 3 days or 2 i got banned on steam from pubg for cheating the think is i have the game but i have delete it for a year now the hacker he play pubg on my acc and i have photos and prove of can steam support team help me or any one els to get the ban off my acc

you are responsible for what happens on the account. doesnt matter who used it to cheat.

also, zonerbot is a trolling/scam group. go look at the account that posted it on your profile, it has a ban. every account I have seen that posts that has a ban. report it and delete the comment.

you will need to contact pubg if you want to appeal the ban.

It is not okay but that is how the system works. You should secure your account properly to prevent this happening. It is your own fault.

You don't get "hacked", you get hijacked as a result of failing to secure your account details or outright giving them away. Every account is every account owner's responsibility.

no one here can remove your ban. I have posted what you need. calm down, report the zonerbot trolling account, delete the comment from your profile.

the bots are just going thru random accounts and then posting their advertising when they find a game/vac ban. doesnt matter how old the ban is.

Your are responsible for the security of your user-account.

Your ban has nothing to do with VAC / Valve in any case.

PUBG corp should be able to echo the same thing anyway.

you need to talk to them, it is not a steam issue. steam only enforces the ban, steam did not issue it. Contact Pubg, if they decide to remove the ban, it will get removed. if they decide the ban is permanent, then its permanent.
