Permanently Untrusted bans are 100% correct and will turn into a VAC ban over time.

III) Account untrusted bans - These bans are permanent, 100% correct and won't be lifted.
They will change into VAC ban over time.
But the server-side anticheat banned you for 100% cheating.
Got banned before?
They will change into VAC ban over time. "
Which part of above line you find difficult to understand?
The point is that your account was used to cheat. The ban is 100% correct so either you , or someone else cheated. Tell me, you didn't happen to buy your account off someone , did you?
You ARE aware, that rgardless of your cultural or personal ideological preference as to what you may consider "cheating" is irrelevant given you agreed specifically with Valve on what would constitute a "cheat" in regards to VAC and the use of Steam.
A known cheat was detected, whhether or not YOU willingly, knowingly or intentionally or otherwise exploited any of the potential of this cheat is also irrelevant. The cheat was present, dertected and a ban applied accordingly - all as per your legally bbinding contractual agreement that you purposefully, willingly chose to enter with Valve.
YOU are not 'banned forever': Your rights and personal status as an individual are utterly unaffected. The account, however, is permanently restricted.
Glad to have clarified things for you! Hope you have a great Christmas!
