Game Ban (linked accounts-infraction)

Hello everyone.
I got 40 days ban for grief and when the grief ban ended it said i was game banned that in description said that ''You have been banned from playing on secured servers due to an infraction by this or a linked account.''
And yes i linked account and yes i cheated on a lvl 1 account-smurf non competitivelly but i never cheated on my 'main' account. Also i never linked the phone i just created a new account after my grief ban that was because of killing cheater teamates and wanted to try cheats in my new account STILL not the main acc.
What can i do? I mean is there a cooldown is it fair? Cause i dont think that my inventory that is 400$ worth should get banned too.

Any bans for cheating are permanent.....don't cheat if you don't want your accounts to be banned. You are also warned as to what will happen to linked accounts if cheating occurs.

So lets say i would spend 5 more minuits to create another account that was from another email.Am i stupid? Thats the question....I never cheated on my main and if there was a question on my creation of my new account i would answer that i wanna try cheats ban me asap.But i didnt know that my main would get banned to and if so i would never link same account.I wish you understund me.

So i got banned for my honsty?....Okay also there is nothing i could do to prove to steam that im a clean person and not a cheater?...And i lost 400$ like that for my honesty?

Okay so no second chance or anything...Even if i say ill never share my account noone will trust me.If i said i never cheated and they know it they dont care cause they want more money from me? I dont see your point on spamming me the rule that say sharing ban will ban your account im asking if there is any thing i can do.If they check their info or anything that has to do with my accounts they will see my 'main' 2 or 1 year old account and the new 1 was created the day i got banned for grief for killing cheater.And i admit i cheated in the new 1 but never on my main.This is fair??For not creating an email account and use it to cheat?Talking about honesty and specific situation and not general cheat or anything that is same with others

From my main account at least and not from the new account that least 1 day and was against casual game just to understund wt f was going with the cheating
