Free ban in sniper elite 3

Hi

i get free ban in sniper elite 3. I played 6 months ago in this game and i get ban... even poeple who last log in over 130 days!! i send 3 mails to developer and he dont answer. I and many people get ban becouse we was in steam group where few people made cheat for this game and that developer banned all! Over 20 poeple get ban for nothing! We never used any cheats and bugs even snigle player.

Its no fair for players who are always clear! We didint know its group with cheaters!

How i can contact with steam support to explain this ban when developer form this game dont answer?

Its not VAC so i hope steam support can help.

OK but when i click "bans" i have only FAQ, i cant write to SteamSupport...

Steam Support can't help you with Game Bans, you have to contact the developers.

You can contact Steam Support for game bans if you feel the developer hasn't handled the situation. This is from the pinned thread and the FAQ page.

I can't provide you with a full guide on contacting support, you'll just have to try and find it.

Like i said i send 3 emails and dont have any answer. In FAQ i found i can contact with support steam if i think that developer abuses rules.

I think he knows this, he said he e-mailed the dev, not Valve and he is asking where the ticket system is. Unless I missed something.

Nope. Snaggle know what i want :)
But, still i dont know how to ask SteamSupport, i cant find any email and any place with contact Valve :/

Im really not cheater, i spend over 700 euro for this acc...

That ban is abuse from developer, they should give me answer and reason/information about my ban but they didint.

I have to contact with Valve, i cant do anything, developer **** me.

You cannot contact Steam regarding VAC bans since they no longer reply as the system is automated.
You have a VAC ban, not a game ban so game devs have nothing to do with it.

"The VAC system reliably detects cheats using their cheat signatures. Any third-party modifications to a game designed to give one player an advantage over another is classified as a cheat or hack and will trigger a VAC ban. This includes modifications to a game's core executable files and dynamic link libraries."

VAC detects cheat signatures when you're connected to secured servers. The entire system is automated so reports have absolutely nothing to do with your VAC ban.
