2. there is no public list of programs that cause a ban. can't really comment on that.
3. steam support cannot remove bans. you cannot contact them regarding bans.
4. not really sure how that makes any sense but there are ways an account can get banned without owning the game.

Depends if you are connected to a vac secured server that effects that games integrity
I know you use to be able to, chances are you can't.

Does say here programs like Process Hacker can cause error with VAC but i dont know if it should get me banned
