VAC Banned because Process Hacker 2?

First of all if you're gonna come here and say "Once a hacker, always a hacker" or "You are lying, you hacked" then please you have nothing in this post

Now, a while ago i hacked on MW2 and i got a VAC ban, thats all fair and square. So i uninstall cheat engine/dll injectors ect.
Some days later i recieve a vac ban from DayZ even tho i hadn't played it in weeks AND NOT PLAYING OR HACKING.
Question 1. Does VAC carry over games example MW2 to DayZ?
Question 2. Will something like "Process Hacker 2" (It enchances CPU and stuff) get me a VAC ban EVEN if i dont have it running on any games but its just in the background
Question 3. I know you can't appeal for a VAC ban but i can't contact support via. a ticket because they have this new system where they just give you guidelines and stuff. But how do i contact about my VAC ban
Question 4. Can i check somewhere when i played a game (and not last played) for DayZ so if i hadn't played it before VAC ban then i can see its an error in the ban.
