Hacked on one account and banned on my both accounts

Hello Guys!

Im the owner of two accounts with CS:GO on STEAM, where i registered my phone number.
My main account is mainly for MatchMaking on higher ranks where i just train on highlvl matches, but my second account (hacked) im using to chill with my friends who are just begginers and dont know much about this game.

Today when i logged in on my main account i saw message:

"You got VAC ban on Counter-strike: Global Offensive.
We put this block on your account, because another account (veryfied with your phone number) was injected with cheating in game."

It said that i just get VAC BANNED on my second account, where i just veryfied my phone number just few days ago (. so, where would be logic from mine side, that i would veryfied my account, then use cheats to take risk to get banned on both accounts?)
Firstly i was just thinking that i get banned "for nothing", but i wanted to check what was the problem of my BAN, and i just saw 2 games, that wasnt mine:

If they check IP from what city/country was played on this 2 matches, and it will be different that all logins made by me on both accounts.
I just get banned on my main account because i just wanted to be sure that nobody will login on my another account, and i wont be hacked thats why i just veryfied (21 Nov.) my phone number on this 2nd account just for secure. And because of that secure i just lost my main account, where i just put a lot of cash and TIME.
Please, find any logic things that i just took any risk to get caught and get banned for "cheating".. So, like i explain before, i have 2 accounts, 1st one for playing MM on high-lvl, and 2nd one for chill with my mates.
Few days ago i veryfy my phone on 2nd one to be secured from others and because of this "secure" im getting banned on my main account for "FREE". Please just understand, where is LOGIC of this?

I know its possible to unban me, alot of pro players and streamers like Izaak had a problem and they was unbanned.

I send mail to CS:GO TEAM, Valve and Steam Support week ago and i didn't get any response.. where can i send a message to solve my problem ? and
any of you had a similar case?

It doesn't matter who used the account. You can't get unbanned unless it was a false positive. If people you mention got unbanned, ask them how they did it.

Don't believe everything that's on the Internet. Your accounts cannot get unbanned. And you cannot sell or trade your skins. Permanently.

Its weird that u getting banned on 1st (main) account when u wanted to secure ur 2nd account from hacking, and when u are getting hacked/scamed, u get banned on 1st account for free. In my opinion if it wasnt u playing on 2nd account and u get banned on 2nd account, u should be banned for "FREE" on 1st (main) account.
