[GOT UNBANNED!]False-positive VAC Ban due to GloSC .dll injection -> impossible to cheat/hack with it/not designed for that purpose.

Just some minutes ago( tuesday, 29.november 2016 around 16:20) i was informed during an online ranked match, that i got VAC banned. In this match my game crashed once due to changing the anti aliasing options ingame (using windows 7 64 bit, acer aspire 7745G, ATi radeon 5850, i5 460m).
When rejoining the server all went as well as before when i suddenly get the information that i got vac banned.

In the background the only software i had running was: the Drakonia Black mouse configurator (http://en.sharkoon.com/product/1692/13579#desc), Skype, AMD gpu clock tool for overclocking my laptop graphic card, GDrive, Lightshot, System Explorer. I have to mention that i never played cs:go online with the new mouse + software until now(its under my understanding that it is no cheating-software/it's not interfering with the game as far as I know). During the match I also were unfortunately 2 minutes afk and teammates asked to kick me if that is somehow important(besides i also hadn't that much kills in this match, was second to the last if i remember correctly).
My pc also runs an unsigned graphic card driver, due to having an older laptop, but had no problems so far with it in connection to VAC.

Is there any reason that i could have got VAC banned due to the mouse software O.o ? Or has it even sth. to do with the crash due while changing the graphics in ranked ?
I mean my mouse has not as much options as the steam controller concerning the mapping. And with this i tried hotkeys in ranked and had no problems. (the steam controller wasn't used before this game today).
With the mouse software you can config the color, speed and button layout on the mouse, although i didnt use any hotkey besides alt+enter during the match [accidently] (i use it for fullscreen faster - i cant do anything with that button combo in csgo xD).
Any help/explanation would be appreciated.

EDIT: The GloSC "injector.exe" was later found to be running all the time in the background. Maybe due to that i got VAC-banned falsely.

EDIT2 - Important part: Injector.exe injected some .dll for the overlay thingy during my match all the time and was most likely the cause of the Ban :(.

I wasn't able to cheat with it or manipulate anything and it's not designed for that purpose.
Therefore it can't be classified as a cheat or hack and must be a false positive.
It would be nice to solve this problem via lifting my ban by whitelisting the GloSC tool.

As I said: I understand the system detecting it, because hooking into it. I fully understand i should not do run such software on VAC-Servers. But no cheat/hacking occured due to it, it wasn't capable of it. It's decisive for a ban.

The injector.exe never ran more than 1-2 seconds before always closing itself. It seems to be a good pattern that valve might have logged about my ban. I don't think there is any hacking possible by making an exe run only 2 seconds and then reopen/close it and letting it do the same thing as right before. The .exe did always the same, I am 100% sure, trying to inject the overlay.

Bagel: Injector.exe wasn't injecting any .dlls that changed something with cs:go to my understanding as stated a lot before. But i need the response from the dev to know that for sure.

So, I wait for response from the developer. No more comments from me until then.

For anyone who wants to know when I got unbanned.
My Ban occured last year in November and I got unbanned this year in February.
(Would be quiet interesting to know if some Dev actually read this thread.)

VAC scans the files. Overwatch does not. This thread is about VAC and not Overwatch. 2 completely different things. 1 can be removed and the other has no appeal process to be removed.

OP's ban even though it was reversed was technically valid. The software he was using triggered a ban because it was manipulating the active game memory. Valve could have left the VAC ban on his account but since they're actual people after investigating the cause of the ban, they reversed it.

That said, no one has ever claimed that VAC was 100% accurate. That's just hyperbole that cheaters like you try to use to stir up drama.
