Is VAC behind cheats in Sniper Elite v2?
I am asking for a quick answer

The ban notification will state the game you are banned from.

Sniper Elite 3 is VAC enabled although the developers don't disclose this which has burned a few users. Wonder if the second one is too..

I would confirm this with the developer. People have been VAC banned from some of the Sniper Elite games even though it does not show VAC enabled on the store page.

Check with them if you want to be sure.
