Game bans are issued by developers, so I guess almost any Steam game with multiplayer you can get a game ban from. You can sort by VAC protected games on the store to see which ones you can get a VAC ban from.

I don't know if game bans can be issued for singleplayer games only.

I know for the VAC list but game bans are my goal (i only need 2) Battleeye doesnt appear to work on Unturned and cheatengine doesnt let me speed hack on it eater :(

If you're looking for some info on how to get banned, then go figure that out for yourself. No one here is going to show you how to cheat.
