ASUS Sonic Radar 3

Hey guys, i got a new Asus Motherboard what comes with a lot of softwares.

One of them are the new Sonic Radar 3 what actually monitor enemy voices (footsteps) through walls etc.

I'm just wondering if it VAC Bannable or not, i did find nothing in Net about this and i did not really find opcion for this on Steam Support.
For me this Software seems Cheating and should be Vac Banned. If you play your cards well, you can see enemy moves in CSGO from the other side of the map. So wondering if this are a legal way to cheat or not.

So general my question is are this software Bannable?
So are this software a legal Cheat or not?

I don't play CS:GO, so i don't really have much of an definite answer for you. But to me it looks more like a good tool for deaf players. Doesn't seem bannable. I found this thread from a few years back, if you haven't seen it already:

Would like to bring this up again and ask if anyone have heard if this is considered cheating.
I have just bought a new asus board with this program because I'm deaf on one ear and are having a hard time hearing footsteps when playing CSGO

software bundled with the asus mobo and any of asus gaming monitors that provide overlays will NOT cause a ban

I also HAVE this in my mobo and honestly I see it like this.. your headset will give you a direction of where the enemy is yes? Left or right.. thats called sonar... radar is a visual side of it. So to say it's cheating meeh not really it won't put a arrow over the enemy saying "over here behind the tree" it simply does what the headset does.. but visually.. I have not used it yet though.

Exactly, it just show what you hear! My problem is, footsteps in right ear. I dont hear it, when it gets loud enough I hear it in the left ear. This sonic radar gives me a tiny chance to "see" noise on my right side.
I have only tried it a few times and also the soroundings have to be quiet to use it.

I'm curious how well this has worked for you, as I am also deaf in my right ear.
Have you had any success with it on other games? Does it require adjusting a lot of settings to work better? I'm at work atm, but I'll probably be testing it out this weekend.

Well it kind of works but I havent used it much.
I believe that it can help you at times when you have trouble hearing things or maybe playing with low volume.
But I don't think you would have an advantage over a normal hearing person, or let me say it clear. You don't....
But it is better than nothing in some instances
I think the surround sound needs to be enabled in csgo for it to work, but let me hear what you find out!
