will i get ban from playing the game even if its ban

No you won't get a VAC ban.

The game it's banned in you contry the game you have bought is region locked and won't be able to be activated on your steam account.

If you try and bypass the region lock the steam/valve can suspend/terminate your account.

That however is a topic for a different forum.

That's not the OP's problem. They have bought a game key from a 3rd party retailer and it can't be redeemed/activated in there country of origin as it's not a key for there region.
