Trouble with Gcafe (need Steam to fix)

*I didnt get Vac ban for this, but looks like alot of people did*

For short, Gcafe is a program that can take the most important role in gaming houses at Vietnam. This program helps the gaming house's owner to control their gaming pc. It's job is to block any pc that is out of service times (the time that you can use the pc) , and control/display the usable time left.

This program is a third-party program indeed, but it does no harm to the game that we are playing with, it just simply block our control if we are out of playing time. The game's Vac system may mistaken this block action to hack/cheat programs' actions.

If you wondering how gaming houses in VN work, the Gcafe will allow the account that we created on the first we play at that gaming house to play, if we pay for the using time. >70% players in Vietnam dont have a computer, or just simply cant use it to play game (low performance), so gaming houses are important and needed.
If we keep having VAC ban just because the gaming house use Gcafe ( almosly every gamjng house), so how can we play?

if you read ssa you would know its best to use personal comuputer you never know what people doing at thier pcs soo they are not safe to use

The usual way. By opening a ticket. The last time I've looked cyber cafes even had their own email to contact support (could have changed though).

If this software is causing VAC bans, then the answer is you can't. All you can do is contact the VAC team to make them aware of the problem and hope that they can adjust the VAC system to work with it. Additionally, you can contact the software manufacturer and ask them to try and make a fix.

There is unlikely to be a workaround for this without Valves or the manufacturers help.

Me 2 when I logged on it said Steam was having overload problems then I tried again and I was in but The servers must be having trouble as pages loaded doubled over and such!
