Vac Server Connection & Wallpaper engine
I use to get really bad connection to the VAC servers, but since I deleted overwolf application the issues have stopped. I haven't installed anything since then and I have had no issues connecting to the VAC servers until today where I installed Wallpaper Engine. I have wallpaper engine running while I play a competitive game and suddenly, about 30 mins into the game, I get the same disconnection issue over VAC I have had whilst using overwolf. I then restart my pc and subsequently turn off wallpaper engine and now there hasn't been an issue so far. It has been around 1 hour now and there hasn't been any issues.

My key question is,

Does Wallpaper Engine affect you connection to VAC servers?
