Visual Studio doesn't cause a VAC ban, not unless you were using it to somehow change game files or anything of the sorts.

I use Visual Studio and and numerous software development programs.

My account is over 13 years old with no VAC bans.

Obviously, something else caused your problem. What do you develop by the way? Also, can you tell us what specific games or programs you have developed?

I work with commercial softwares (Visual Studio, Delphi and others), but I work with Unity 3D too.

None of those would cause a ban in normal circumstances. Only if doing something you should not be doing...

and that really doesn't tell us anything about what you are doing with them, not that it really matters. There is no need to convince us of anything.
