False positive VAC Ban after using "3D Ripper DX" on CS 1.6

I am an amateur mapper and I challenged myself to port some old 3D famous games maps to the Source Engine.

I am using "3D Ripper DX", it works like a print screen key for 3D Rendered objects, it isn't a game cheat. When I used it, I thought it would trigger VAC that's why I set my launch options to "-insecure" on CS 1.6... But even with the "-insecure" it got me VAC Banned.

Not that I still play CS 1.6, but my account already have 10 years, and its super ugly having a VAC Ban record showing...
