VAC Banned for HLAE in insecure mode??

I am using Half Life After Effects (HLAE) for doing commands in game, but in the custom loader on the program I used launch options: -steam, -insecure, +sv_lan 1 and -game csgo so that the game would be in insecure mode and i wouldnt connect to any VAC secured servers. As soon as I launch the game it IMMEDIATELY VAC banned me. Please help.

Then whatever you were doing in Half Life had nothing to do with it. VAC bans are delayed so what your account was doing at that particular point in time wouldn't necessarily have caused a VAC ban.

yes it would. HLAE is a cheat for the game, but if you run it in insecure mode, you cant join any VAC-secured servers. How VAC works is it recognizes cheats that it has banned on other accounts in the past and if anyone tries to use that it recognizes it immediately. So as soon as I launched my game it banned my account.

As the other poster said, the bans are delayed. It could have detected the cheat weeks or months ago. VAC does not immediately ban so cheat decomposed won't get an edge

Did you use it to alter CS:GO?
Just because something is running doesn't mean it's detected. For example these people that claim to be banned for just having Cheat Engine 'running' and being banned just for that.

yes HLAE alters CSGO, but i used the game in an offline insecure mode where i shouldnt have been able to be banned.
