Appeal for a false Overwatch Ban

Hello to who ever is reading this from valve, I write to you to inform you that my account has been falsely overwatch banned. I am extremely upset with this decision as i play csgo everyday, and it is by far my favourite game. I have spent countless hours perfecting my ability to get bettet at the game and this is properly stupid. I play esea aswell, if that really makes a difference my account on esea in Jun1or. I play csgo because it is a game that requires practice and i have put the work into it, and I am really mad that my account have been overwatch banned, because somone has failed to see past my ability? Also I am clearly not cheating if someone at valve were to go over my demos, I'm not even anywhere near good enough to be called out for cheating. So I dont understand why this has occured. I dont know if anyone even will read this but please review my plea for a unban, as csgo is something i really enjoy, and I would hate to have to stop playing it due to this false overwatch ban. Please take my word into consideration when looking at this appeal, if thats what this is?

There are no ban appeals. This is also a user forum. No one here can do much for you, aside from give you information.

So what does this mean? If i were to make a new account which I am forced to do if there is no appealing system. Am I able to transfer my phone number to that new account? cause I'm 16 and cant just go get a new phone number for steam cause of a false overwatch ban?

If your account was banned due to phone-number sharing or if the number was connected to an account that was banned, you will have to wait three months before you can use that number again (but you can use it again).

You can also still play CS:GO on insecure servers (with the -insecure flag). If you don't want to do that, though, then you have to make a new account and re-purchase the game.

The account from which you are posting has received a VAC ban.

This has nothing to do with Overwatch.

There is no appeal.
If the ban is determined to have been issued incorrectly, it may be removed automatically.

You are not forced to do anything.
You may choose to use the telephone number for a new account though there is a minimum cooldown period before that number may be used.

It's also recomended to ensure any cheats are removed from the system entirely before connecting to secured servers in future.

I swear valve doesnt care enough about there game, I have so many hours in the game and i spent so much money I just think they should care more about the players that are dedicated to the game. I got overwatched banned thats what it says in game I hav a screenshot of it in my screenshots, so i have been banned from another players perception of my gameplay, which i dont think is fair in anyway what so ever. Anyway thansk for the help i guess.......

It is not Valve's fault. I have no idea why people keep blaming Valve. Whatever happens on your account is your responsibility, not Valve's. If Valve didn't care about their players or their games, they would not have the VAC system in the first place.

I dont cheat, i guess there is no way to prove it. But just look at the screenshot??? am i not wrong that it says convicted by overwatch- majorly disruptive, if im not mistaken that is banned by overwatch???

False Overwatch bans don't just happen. Your screenshots will not prove anything because they can be easily faked. The same can be said about videos of matches. Majorly Disruptive is not a false Overwatch ban. It would behoove you to read the information threads about Overwatch. I can provide one here:

I know now that the ban is not going anyware, do you think i would be appealing if i was a cheater...? I would just go make another account for $15 rofl, i spent money on this game and of recent 'betting' on the csgo major, im not sure if that has any credibilty but i do not cheat, and frankly i am allowed to have an opnion to think the overwatch system is bs

Why should hours played or money spent have any relevance on banning cheats?
Are you advocating that long-term players could be pardoned for cheating so long, or that wealthier players should be able to cheat without consequence, because that what it sounds like. YOU, just like every other subscriber, agreed clearly to the terms under which Steam is used.

Typically if both a Global Cooldown message is displayed AND a VAC ban is marked on the profile, this is an indication that BOTH systems have identified cheats. This makes any possibility of either being invalid as astronomically remote.

The system is fair since all accounts are considered equal and under teh exact same rules.

Frankly, yes. Almost everyone opening a thread here has cheated. Or someone cheated for them, either through phone or family sharing.

... Of course a cheater would want to appeal this. Nobody called you a cheater and nobody said you were not entitled to your opinion. That's silly. You make it sound like creating a new account and buying the game again is no problem (which is correct, by the way). So ... make a new account, if you don't want to play on insecure servers.
