Steam Mobile for Windows Phone 10?

Wow, so many people here are saying the WP8 platform is dying, do any of you do any research before making such outlandish comments? or does stupidity just come naturally?

Read the gartner reports for 2011 and 2012. WP had a 1.8% market share of the smart phone market at the end of 2011, at the end of 2012 the market share increased to 3.0% with a year on year increase in units shipped of 124%.

Hell even IDC are predicting WP to reach 19.2% market share by 2016, putting it marginally ahead of iOS.... a lofty prediction indeed, but from someone like IDC, not one you can completely ignore.

Not a bad idea. I can avoid buyin on steam no problem aswell sale or no sale. All my pre-orders are retail anyway. lol

I've also just got the 8x, are these third party apps any good/trustworthy? I would prefer a valve app though.

You always have that problem if you use a third party app. But trustworthly or not - all available Apps do not support VAC so it is not that comfortable.

Considering that the WP8 market share is low right now I don't expect this app very soon. However, I am happy with my HTC 8X with WP8 and I hope that the market share does rise to the point where it is more competative with iOS and Android, not just for the potential of a Steam App but for many apps that currently are not available.
