buying games

I currently have no debit or credit cards due to moving banks and was thinking it would be great if I could use the steam app on my mobile to buy games using my mobile phone's credit, the same way you buy apps from google play store.

If it ever comes to that, I hope that there would be a change of payment method, so that I am not forced to use that on my mobile phone.

It would work for me and would give more access to games by adding another payment option. I just thought there might be otheres who might agree with me. I do understand that people might not want to spend phone credit but just imagine you have no bank cards (lost wallet,changing banks etc.) and a game you want, no a game you need is released..... what do you do i ask you?
