Steam Emulator for Mobile
I would love to see a built-in emulator in Steam that allows users to download and run supported Steam games directly on mobile devices. Right now, we have Steam Link, but it only works for streaming from a PC. However, many indie and older games could run natively on modern smartphones if there was a proper Steam emulator.

Winlator, not sure can it run steam, but my legitimately bought touhou releases with manually removed DRM (as a note, they were not distributed to anyone and were made for personal use only, so don't even think of raising your pitchforks at me) work just fine

Steam sells PC games, not mobile games.
That means the games will not run properly on your phone.

then why did they make steam link??
and I don't know if you tried it but it plays fine (it's interesting that not all games, but only a few)

Steam link connects to your pc that is running steam and the game so you don't have to sit directly at your pc to play, it of course does not run the game on the phone itself.
