Changing password on mobile

The app has the option to change our password but its coding is not fully functional. It sends you in a loop where it thinks you’re using a web browser and it’s waiting for a code from the mobile app to confirm your identity. But this can’t be retrieved in any obvious way.

This should be corrected so that we can change our password when we only have a phone on us and need it done immediately.

If someone knows how please explain.
